Notes:
– Brutal Brigade defeated Darkside in a tournament final to win the titles.

– Scott Z. and Maniacal Mark won tournaments for the vacant world and New England championships, and they had to give up the tag team titles. Lightning Express won the tournament.

– Blue Thunder substituted for Dutch Davidson.

– Exterminator, with the help of the Defenseman, defeated the Flawless Foundation. Exterminator was allowed keep the title if he chose a partner. He picked Sub-Zero.

– As #1 contenders, Crush Force were granted the titles after the Pillars of Power were unable to compete at an earlier event.

– Boston Bulldogs were given the titles after Crush Force forfeited.

– The Pillars of Power won the tag titles outside the ring. The Flawless One, their manager, filed a protest claiming the titles were wrongly taken away.

– Knights of the Realm defeated the Pillars of Power and Fryght in a triangle match.

– Pillars of Power defeated the Knights of the Realm and Fryght in a triangle match.

10 – Dr. Heresy substituted for Maniacal Mark.

11 – Maniacal Mark & Don Juan de Santo won a four-way elimination match against Pillars of Power, Knights of the Realm and Amazin’ Jay & Vertabreaker.

12 – Draven, one half of the Damned, and Maniacal Mark made a title swap. Draven, former New England champion, formed a tag team and no longer wanted to defend the NE title; and Maniacal Mark lost his tag team partner (Don Juan de Santo) when de Santo won the World Title.

13 – E.o.S. defeated The Damned and Frankie Armadillo & Damian Houston in a triple threat match.

14 – Paul Lauzon substituted for Jason “the Slasher”.

15 – The previous incarnation of Extreme Heat comprised of Kid Pyro & AK Fuego. This pairing defeated Blackheart & Don Vega to win the tag team title. However, when Fuego announced he was moving to Florida, Pyro was allowed to replace Fuego with a partner of his choice.

16 – After not being able to find a replacement, Kid Pyro was asked to vacate the titles. A four-way match was held to crown new champions.

17 – The titles were won in a six-man tag team match. PLW recognized all McGraws as co-holders and, in accordance with the “Freebird Rule,” any two of them could defend the titles in a tag team match.

18 – Christian Casanova substituted for the absent Anthony Greene

19 – The titles were stripped from the Glamorous Express due to Mike Paiva’s inability to defend the titles. Shay Cash used his award for winning the battle royal in July 2015, a title match for a PLW championship of his choosing. The Reflers were the #1 contenders for the tag team championship.
